These terms apply to this website and to stays booked directly with Cozy Homestay Kandy, 34/1 Reservoir Road, Kandy 20000, Sri Lanka.
Booking requests
- A booking request sent through this website, by WhatsApp or by phone is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the dates, the rate and any payment terms.
- Rates, what's included (for example breakfast) and the cancellation terms are those we confirm to you in writing for your dates.
- Transfers, car hire and tours are arranged on request and charged at the price we confirm before you travel.
- Bookings made through Booking.com, Agoda or another platform are governed by that platform's terms and the conditions shown on your reservation.
House rules
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00. Please tell us in advance if you will arrive outside these times.
- Children of any age are welcome. Children aged six and over are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed, and we do not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Payment at the property is in cash.
- Please treat the rooms, garden and neighbours with respect. Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal wear and tear.

- Ratings shown on this site are taken from Google and Booking.com and may change over time.
