How to reach us
By train
Kandy railway station is roughly a 20-minute walk through the city centre. With luggage, take a tuk-tuk from the station and show the driver our Google Maps pin.
By bus
Intercity buses from Colombo arrive in the city centre. From there it's a short tuk-tuk ride up to Reservoir Road.
From the airport

By car

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake. Sri Lanka's most important Buddhist temple and the lake beside it are in the centre below the guest house.
Royal Palace Park. A small hillside park about 600 metres from us, with views back over the lake and the city.

Can I walk to the Temple of the Tooth from Cozy Homestay Kandy?
Yes, many guests walk. The guest house is on Reservoir Road above the city, and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake are in the centre below. It's downhill on the way there; most guests take a tuk-tuk back up the hill, especially in the heat or after dark.
Is Cozy Homestay Kandy in the city centre?
We are on the hillside just above Kandy city centre, on Reservoir Road. That gives you the quiet and the views of the hills, while the market, the lake and the temple remain within walking distance. Royal Palace Park is about 600 metres away and the Central Market about a kilometre.
